2. the above price is included neutral color or industry package charge.If want to make change, need to pay extra packing cost. 

3. Warranty one year, from the production date show on the cartridges.

4.Our factory insist on " quality is first" policy, failure rate for black is 1%-3%; for color is 3%-5%. Any quality complaint we will replace one by one, never mix bad cartridge with shipment. Returns standard please refer to attachment.
